Full spread with insert My daughter appeared in the local newspaper this week they asked her if she minded wearing a NSW jumper she replied my mother would kill me if I didn't. She’s got that right.
I haven't blogged for ages except to post my Project Life pages. I cant believe how quick the year is going, it will be Christmas before we know it. I do have lots to tell but will catch up with that another day. I've been doing the HCG Protocol with spectacular results, I've just finished round 1 and have lost 17Kgs to say I'm happy is an understatement. I will talk about in another post but I'm really looking forward to starting the second round in a few weeks.
Last week was a week of seeing out of town relatives which was really lovely. Firstly my lovely niece Fauve came down from Rockhampton to stay with my mother in law. We don't get to see her very often which is a shame especially for my girls. We went out to lunch at The Loaded Lizard at Mudjimba which was lovely, they do a beautiful breakfast too. We had a lovely afternoon.
Thursday afternoon, Tony and Lucy drove to Goondiwindi, Tony was competing in the Albins Off Road Gear Goondiwindi 400 wasn't a good weekend for him and Gary as they broke down on Saturday.
Friday, Tess and I headed down to Brisbane to see my parents who were having a bit of a holiday in Brissy we met then at the Queensland Museum Southbank.
Imagine being chomped on by those teeth. I didn't take many photos as you weren't allowed.
After the museum we went for lunch walking through Southbank I really love the Southbank area and it was a perfect winter’s day in the Sunshine state.
Lunch was lovely
After lunch we dropped Jen and David off at Goma as we had only been there a few months prior Tess and I headed home.
I must admit I would have like to have seen this exhibition.
On a final note I had a giggle when I saw this sign in the public toilets at Southbank
Bye for now

I really suck at getting stuff posted in time and keeping up with this. I'm not that far behind but I really need to catch up or I will never finish it. I've actually been scrapping and have decided to go back to my LSS on a Friday night it’s been years. We had a fund raising scrapping day last Saturday and it was fabulous and made me realise how much I miss it. I managed to get eight layouts done that is a record in itself for me. I'm thinking I had best concentrate on Project Life this week, I had finished week 19 and 20 ages ago and just haven't posted it.
Week 19 I only needed a small insert so I just cut up a larger one. We spent the weekend at my parents new house which was lovely. It was Tess’ 19th Birthday and Mother’s day, I really hope I mentioned Tess’ birthday but I cant see where I did, bad mother. I had better fix that or Tess will be most offended. Actually I've missed a fair bit of journaling maybe I was going to add a bit more before I posted this. Anyway that’s my story and I'm sticking to it
The highlight of my week was when Lucy found my wedding dress at my mothers, put it on and said it was too tight. Lucy is tiny and I don't think she could believe that I actually wore it.
Week 20 a very quiet week the only exciting thing was I started my Creative Photography 1 course which I loved. I'm just about to finish Creative Photographer 2 Thursday, such a wonderful course.
Bye for now
Jackie
Its the most cold and horrible day today, don't think I will be sitting out here at my desk as this is the cold part of the house. Every winter I wish that I had a lap top so might quickly upload this then go and sit in front of the fire with a cuppa while I think about starting dinner. These will be the last zoo photos for the rest of the year (I hope).
Totally missed the money shot that day with the echidna couldn't get the right settings with my camera and missed him drinking and being so close to me I could have touched him.
I really shouldn't do the journaling when I'm tired lots of mistakes and really bad English. I need to fix this I would hate for my relatives down the track to think I was uneducated.
